Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a holistic healthcare system that has been practised for thousands of years to support the body's natural ability to heal and maintain balance. At Liebe Wellness Mornington, Chloe provides gentle, personalised treatments using Toyohari Acupuncture, a refined Japanese style of acupuncture that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Whether you're seeking support for pain management, stress, fatigue, digestive concerns or women's health, every treatment is tailored to your individual needs and works alongside conventional healthcare where appropriate.

About

Hello, I'm Chloe, a qualified and registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies through gentle, evidence-informed care.

My journey into Chinese Medicine began through my background in movement and dance, where I developed a deep appreciation for the body's natural rhythms, patterns and capacity for healing. This experience continues to shape my collaborative and compassionate approach to treatment.

I have a particular interest in supporting people living with chronic pain, hypermobility, injury recovery, neurodivergent experiences and heightened sensory awareness. The gentle, non-invasive nature of Toyohari Acupuncture makes it especially suitable for people who feel sensitive to treatment or are anxious about needles.

About Toyohari Acupuncture

Toyohari is a traditional Japanese style of acupuncture that uses exceptionally gentle techniques, many of which are non-insertive. Rather than relying on deep needling, treatments are carefully tailored to encourage balance within the body's energy systems while providing a calm and comfortable experience.

Because of its gentle nature, Toyohari Acupuncture is well suited to:

  • People with needle anxiety
  • Children
  • Highly sensitive individuals
  • Nervous system dysregulation
  • Chronic health conditions
  • Anyone seeking a gentle approach to acupuncture

Each treatment begins with detailed pulse and abdominal (hara) assessment, allowing Chloe to determine the most appropriate treatment for your individual presentation.

Alongside acupuncture, treatments may also incorporate specialised Japanese tools and moxibustion, a warming therapy using mugwort that can assist with chronic pain, circulation and restoring balance.
