Kinesiology is a gentle way of working with the body to identify and release stress that may be contributing to emotional or physical imbalance.

Having experienced the benefits firsthand, Tanya offers kinesiology as a deeply supportive therapy, drawing on both her personal journey and professional training. Sessions focus on emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and empowering your body’s natural ability to heal.

About

Kinesiology works by connecting the mind, body and spirit to identify the root cause of physical or emotional stress rather than simply treating symptoms.

Through muscle reflex testing (a form of biofeedback), we access the subconscious to locate where stress or imbalance is stored. Once identified, we use a range of supportive techniques — including talk therapy, energy healing, essential oils, affirmations, visualisations and other natural remedies — to gently clear and rebalance the system.

This integrative approach helps restore energy flow, release limiting beliefs and create lasting positive change, guiding you back into alignment with your authentic self.

Kinesiology Balance Sessions

Each session begins by setting a clear intention or goal, focusing on what you would like to work through or achieve.

Using muscle monitoring, we gently identify the root cause of imbalance within your body and explore the connection between emotional beliefs, stored stress and physical discomfort. Through a series of supportive, natural processes, we work to release negative emotions, clear limiting beliefs and remove blocks that may be holding you back.

Your initial 90-minute session allows extra time to get to know you, understand your personal circumstances and create a strong foundation for our work together. Subsequent 60-minute sessions continue the balancing and clearing process, supporting ongoing growth and alignment.

These sessions help bring the body, mind and soul back into balance, encouraging your subconscious and energy systems to naturally facilitate healing and positive change.
